One of my favorite spots near where I live In PoCo. This little bog is like a bird sanctuary, and is often shrouded in mist. I believe the trenches are man made, to protect the homes from the tidal Pitt River, located beside us. I find it interesting, even though there has been human tempering, this is a place full of wildlife and seems to prosper. This tells me that not all human tempering is destructive to nature. There are three eagle nests perched above, watching all that happens. And sometimes you catch sight of a beaver or muskrat!
This painting changes color a great deal, depending on the lighting you have. There is bronze in the sky which shimmers, a great eye catcher!
